Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 19, 2026

Drommar LLC (“Drommar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Ordnar (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Ordnar.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password (or, if you sign in with Google, basic profile information provided by Google such as your name and email).

Project data. We store the content you create while using Ordnar — including ideas, offers, validation notes, build steps, and growth plans — so your progress is saved and available across sessions.

Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. We do not collect or store your full card number or payment credentials — Stripe handles that directly. We retain limited billing metadata (such as subscription status, plan, and renewal date) to manage your account.

Email course signups. If you sign up for our free 5-day email course, your email address is collected and stored separately through Formspree, our email delivery provider, and is not linked to your Ordnar account unless you use the same address to subscribe.

Usage information. We may collect basic technical information such as browser type, device type, and general usage patterns to help us maintain and improve the Service.

Feedback submissions. If you submit feedback through the in-app feedback tool, we collect the content of your submission and any name or email address you voluntarily provide. Feedback data is retained for up to 180 days and is not linked to your Ordnar account by user ID.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

3. Third-Party Services

Ordnar relies on the following third-party services to operate:

Each of these providers may process your data under their own privacy policies, in addition to this one.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, your project data is permanently deleted right away and cannot be recovered. Billing records may be retained separately by Stripe as required for financial and tax record-keeping.

5. Your Rights

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time through your account settings. If you have questions about your data or wish to request deletion manually, contact us at support@drommarllc.com.

6. Children's Privacy

Ordnar is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Ordnar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
