Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Ordnar (the “Service”), operated by Drommar LLC (“Drommar,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using Ordnar, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Ordnar is a guided software system that helps solo app builders move an idea through validation, building, and growth phases. Ordnar is a tool to support your own decision-making — it does not guarantee any particular business outcome, revenue, or result.

2. Account Registration

To use Ordnar, you must create an account with a valid email address (or sign in via Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription and Billing

Ordnar is offered on a subscription basis at $10/month or $50/year. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Cancellation.You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account's subscription management page. Cancellation stops future billing; you will retain access through the remainder of your current billing period.

Refunds. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund will be issued.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge over a grace period before restricting access to the Service.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of the ideas, offers, and project content you create within Ordnar (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Ordnar for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell access to the Service without our permission
• Use the Service to build or distribute anything that infringes on the rights of others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your project data is permanently deleted right away and cannot be recovered. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — please cancel your subscription separately before deleting your account if you wish to stop billing.

7. Disclaimers

Ordnar is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will lead to any specific business or financial outcome.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drommar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Ordnar at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of Ordnar after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Drommar LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
